For the pre-conference courses (Thursday 28th, full-day course): €100 (incl. coffee breaks + lunch)

For the congress (Friday 29th & Saturday 30th):

Presenters: €160
PhD/MSc students: €190
Senior researchers/clinicians: €285

The registration fee for the congress includes catering (coffee breaks and lunch).

For our social activity + dinner (Friday 29th, in the evening): €75

We advise presenters to wait with their registration until after the abstract notifications, as a discounted registration rate will be available for accepted presenters.

Registration closes on May 27 at 5:00 pm (CEST).

Cancellation Policy

Conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than May 24th. Cancellations received after this deadline are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions of attendees may be accepted at any time upon prior notification to the organizing committee.
