Abstract submission
The Scientific Committee encourages authors to focus primarily on research methodology. Accordingly, research protocols without any results yet or with only preliminary results are also welcome. In that case, the methodology must be thoroughly described.
Each researcher is allowed to submit a maximum of two abstracts.
PhD researchers are especially encouraged to submit abstracts. Abstracts of MSc and DPT students will also be considered for presentation.
Please note that it is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific facts will be reproduced as submitted by the author.
Accepted abstracts will be selected for interactive oral or poster presentations. Authors are welcome to indicate their preference during abstract submission; however, the scientific committee cannot guarantee that the preference will be granted. Outcome notifications may be expected in January 2026.
Based on the submitted abstract, presenters can be preselected for the oral/poster awards.
Submission deadline: November 14th, 2025.
